The first task was to create the nomination form for their Community Fund Awards. This included the award page, the form, the autoresponder and the thank you page. The form entries were exportable as a CSV, making the data management process simple for the admin team once the entry date had passed.
This was an incredibly generous initiative – a £7,500 fund created by MBW to recognise and support the small, grassroots organisations that make a big difference every day. For details of the winners, please see here: https://www.morecambebaywills.co.uk/mbw-community-fund-winners/
The second task was to create an online payment form which allows clients to pay their invoices via the website using a debit or credit card. The form allows the customer to enter an arbitrary payment amount, meaning that the link to the payment form is generic, and requires no input from MBW staff. The customer just enters their invoice number, and amount to pay, then makes the payment. The confirmation email then references the customer name and invoice number in the title field, making the reconciliation process easy for the admin team.
Great to work with Nicola on these two projects. An inspirational local business leader who is always trying to give something back to the community.
