“Exceptional Website Transformation from BY Design:
Working as a consultant for Brooklands Guest House in Penrith, I was tasked with elevating this successful business through a comprehensive digital refresh. The centrepiece of this transformation was a complete website redevelopment and professional photography update.
We engaged Dave Wilson Weddings from Cumbria for photography and BY Design from Heysham, Lancashire, for website development. From initial concept through to final delivery, BY Design demonstrated outstanding professionalism throughout the entire process.
The project timeline was impressively managed, running from late 2025 through to early January 2026. BY Design worked collaboratively with us through every phase: design consultation, development, review, and final snagging. Their attention to detail and responsiveness to feedback was exemplary.
What particularly stood out was their patience and conscientious approach – they took the time to understand our vision and translated it into a website that perfectly represents Brooklands Guest House’s brand and values.
We’re so impressed that we’re considering transferring our ongoing hosting and maintenance to BY Design as existing contracts expire.
Both Dave Wilson Weddings and BY Design delivered exceptional results, but BY Design’s combination of technical expertise, creative insight, and genuine commitment to client satisfaction deserves the highest recommendation.”
