Thursday saw the simultaneous launch of two ecommerce website rebuilds for Caravan Bedding Shop and Cheap Caravan Mattresses, two sister companies based in Morecambe.

Business owner Nicky approached BY Design as we had previously completed a couple of other projects for her a few years ago.

She wanted to introduce new branding and a new design for each website, as well as simplify the checkout process and
improve the page speed by moving away from a dated theme.

BUT, she wanted to retain all of the back end system, customer data, products, categories and the existing payment system.

Thanks to the flexibility of WooCommerce (shop software) plus some detailed project planning, we were able to completely redesign the front end of both sites, and leave the back end system intact whilst still making improvements to it.
