Customer document portal created for CATG.
Gail contacted BY Design as she wanted a secure area to share a set of documents with specific CATG customers.
The portal uses an accordion folder structure to separate the documents into different sections, making the user experience really simple, as everything is within one page once the customer has logged in.
BY Design have been working with CATG for over ten years now, managing and hosting the three different websites that we built for them. This fourth project was an interesting glimpse behind the scenes, to see the different types of documentation involved in complex accreditation processes.
CATG is one of the UK’s leading timber and construction certification, examination and UK conformity bodies. They are accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service. Their customers are based throughout the world and include leading international companies as well as many smaller family-run companies.
