The bot works in a similar way to our existing logic bots, with an initial introduction and name capture, but it then accesses the OpenAI platform to provide instant responses to user questions.

The bot is provided with an initial content export from the website on which it is deployed, and asked to learn it, in order to help it answer specific questions about the business and its services.

But it also has the capability to answer wider questions, for example ‘how did England perform against Slovenia last night?’ (we won’t repeat what it said).

You can pre-configure specific questions and answers within the software to dictate how the bot responds to certain prompts, or just let it decide for itself.

These bots are particularly useful for websites where customers are likely to have questions which can be answered instantly – be it bookings, e-commerce, education, hospitality, or any kind of site requiring detailed enquiries.
