It’s always a pleasure at this time of year to look back over the new customers we have met and worked with; the existing customers we have reconnected with; the websites we have built, repaired, migrated and redesigned; the conversations, strategies, successes, failures, and the amusing moments in between.

We are always grateful for the many word-of-mouth recommendations we receive from existing clients, as this represents the lion’s share of our new business.

We reached 154 five-star reviews on Google Business for customer service this year, which was a proud moment.

Each new customer brings a unique energy and enthusiasm with them; each one passionate about their own business and looking for a way to give their website the best possible online presence. We can only hope for more of the same in 2025.

We wish you all a happy, healthy and prosperous New Year.
