Salon owner Tina initially contacted BY Design about a website migration following a recommendation from Rob at Quite Simply French. After an initial phone call to discuss things, we then moved her website across to our server within three working days.
Upon doing so, it became clear that there were some issues with the website. From a security point of view, it was running on some very old software (PHP 5) which was no longer secure, so it needed upgrading to run on the newest version (PHP 8). From a design point of view, much of the content was outdated, and the salon has a new colour scheme, so we completed a full redesign to integrate the new look and update all of the content.
Within two weeks of her initial enquiry, Tina now has a live website indexed in Google with initial SEO optimisation completed, Google reviews and Instagram feed embedded, and a safe pair of hands to help him manage the website moving forwards.
Heaton Hair is a hairdressing salon based in Lancaster. Their stylists are fully trained in all aspects of technical services, with intense training on colouring as this is a very important aspect of their services. They offer a warm and friendly welcome.
Great to work with Tina and the team on this one.
