Website redesign and SEO work completed for Morecambe Bay Property.

Business owners Tom & Michelle reached out to BY Design in response to our email newsletter about getting your website ready for Q3 & Q4.

It is some years since we made the original MBP website, so it was nice to revisit it and freshen up the design. The work included:

1. Revamped header with bigger, cleaner navigation.
2. New slideshow with local images and links to different sections of the site.
3. New highlight bar on the home page to showcase the three core services.
4. Moved the Facebook feed to a more prominent position.
5. Added a ‘latest properties’ box on the home page which shows the most recent properties.
6. Added a Google Review widget to showcase customer feedback directly on the site.
7. Moved the Renters’ Rights update to its own page and linked to it from the relevant sections of the site.
8. Added a map to the contact page.
9. Added a ‘what is your situation’ question to the contact form to classify the enquiries.
10. Added a new team photo to bring a human element to the home page.
11. Created a Portfolio Investors page, which explains how investment works, the potential returns and how MBP specialise in helping manage property portfolios.

We also completed SEO meta work on all pages, with additional content to help with AI search. This is being monitored over the coming weeks and will be adjusted according to results.
