BY Design are delighted to announce our new web server contract with Prostack.
We began the process of securing a new server provider twelve months ago, as we felt the time had come for a change after 9 years with UK Fast/ANS.
Each web server is only retained for three years at BYD, so the planned exit of the old system was March 2026, hence starting the procurement process ahead of time.
The main criteria for the new server was to work with a UK-based company, with a UK-based data centre. Alongside this, a proven track record in excellent customer support, and a forward-thinking approach to system functionality and security.
After meeting with various providers, Martin from Prostack stood out, so discussions progressed last year, culminating in the launch of the new system in the new year. This allowed time for us to migrate a large number of websites from the old system to the new one, with no downtime or service interruption.
This significant three-year financial investment with Prostack is part of our ongoing commitment to providing a secure, reliable website hosting service to our clients.
