Are your website generated emails struggling to get through? Booking notifications, customer order details, contact form enquiries and automated replies are all generated by websites on a daily basis, but modern spam filtering systems are being ever more suspicious when it comes to handling email from websites.

Spam is one of the biggest problems facing email providers; it is a daily battle to keep on top of. Therefore, they are continually introducing new ways to combat the issue. The past two years have seen major steps forward in email authentication from the big players (Gmail, Yahoo, Microsoft), which impacts providers at all levels, as the majority of ‘sent’ emails will pass through one of their systems to reach its intended recipient.

Whilst we work hard to continually manage the sender reputation of our servers and IP addresses, an increasing number of our clients are now using a third-party system called Pepipost, from Netcore Cloud, which offers a more complex and comprehensive authentication service for website email.

This service is added to your website to authenticate every email it sends, ensuring efficient delivery and peace of mind. The cost is just £2 per month equivalent (paid annually) with a one-off setup fee of £70.

Sending emails from your website is an essential and very important function so don’t leave it to chance.
