We recently rebuilt a website for a local client who was having a number of problems. They complained of regular white-screen issues, customers being unable to access the site, to view their adoption page, or to make donations. The back-end management of the site was also difficult for staff to do, meaning simple updates were taking up a lot of time.
Moving forwards, the new website had over 56,600 impressions last month, with over 3,800 visitors, all of whom were able to access and browse the site without any issues. The adoption page had over 2,000 clicks, which is a huge part of their operation. The website also ranks better for local search terms following the rebuild.
Fixing a bad website will always require some initial investment, but as shown in this example, it will pay dividends in the long term.
